COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICE

Sunberry Marketplace is looking for a reliable independent cleaner or professional cleaning service for weekly deep cleaning of our neighborhood market, including interior and exterior areas.

This service is intended to supplement our staff's regular daily cleaning with more thorough, detailed cleaning each week.

WEEKLY INTERIOR CLEANING

• Thorough sweeping/vacuuming and mopping of floors
• Clean edges, corners and baseboards
• Dust and wipe shelving, displays and fixtures
• Clean doors, glass and windows
• Clean exterior surfaces of refrigerators, coolers and equipment
• Clean around and underneath movable fixtures where accessible
• Clean restroom and sink areas
• Remove cobwebs, dust and buildup
• Detail other high-touch or problem areas as needed

WEEKLY EXTERIOR CLEANING

• Sweep storefront, entrance and surrounding walkways
• Remove litter, dirt, debris and cobwebs
• Clean exterior doors and windows
• Wipe exterior furniture, fixtures and signage as needed
• Spot-clean spills and stains
• Keep the immediate storefront area clean and presentable

MONTHLY EXTERIOR DEEP CLEAN

Once per month, service will also include pressure washing designated exterior entrance and walkway areas.

Sunberry Marketplace will provide the pressure-washing equipment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with commercial, retail or professional cleaning
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
• Provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment
• References from current or previous clients preferred
• Appropriate insurance for commercial cleaning work preferred

SCHEDULE & PRICING

Once per week | Esparto, CA

Cleaning should preferably be completed outside of customer-facing business hours.

Please provide a flat weekly service quote that includes the weekly interior/exterior cleaning and monthly pressure washing described above.
